Below is the verbatim transcript of Parikh's interview with CNBC-TV18.
Q: The Equity Linked Savings Schemes (ELSS) funds are the favoured investment option where tax saving is concerned. But, which is the best option to choose for, for an investor. Do you think that it is dividend reinvestment, dividend payout or do you think growth would possibly be the best option?
A: Out of the three options available dividend reinvestment is something that we would not advice purely because dividend reinvestment will get the reinvested units to have a lock-in period of three years. However, between the growth and dividend payout options it depends actually on the investor.
We would generally recommend growth option because that allows for long-term compounding of the returns. However, in certain cases where the investor needs liquidity before the lock-in period, a dividend payout option can work well for the investor because the dividends can mean liquidity coming out of the ELSS scheme before the lock-in period.

HARRY: It is. More than 10 years, I visited 3-D systems and saw a demo, and it was like whoa. They weren’t even public then. Of late, SSYS (Stratasys), Proto Labs (PRLB), EX1; those are the four big ones in the industry. There is a little buy-out tech company called Orvganovo (ONVO) that is now bio-printing organs for testing.

Organovo (ONVO) develops 3D bioprinting technology for creating functional human tissues on demand for research and medical applications. This stock closed up 2.5% to $5.98 in Tuesday's trading session.
Tuesday's Range: $5.70-$6.07
52-Week Range: $1.80-$8.50
Thursday's Volume: 2.03 million
Three-Month Average Volume: 2.82 millionFrom a technical perspective, ONVO jumped higher here right off its 50-day moving average of $5.79 with decent upside volume. This move is starting to push shares of ONVO within range of triggering a near-term breakout trade. That trade will hit if ONVO manages to take out some near-term overhead resistance levels at $6.20 to $6.39 with high volume.
Traders should now look for long-biased trades in ONVO as long as it's trending above some near-term support levels at $5.50 or at $5 and then once it sustains a move or close above those breakout levels with volume that hits near or above 2.82 million shares. If that breakout triggers soon, then ONVO will set up to re-test or possibly take out its next major overhead resistance levels at $7.50 to its 52-week high at $8.50. Any high-volume move above $8.50 will then put its all-time high at $10.90 within range for shares of ONVO.

A unique 3D printing stock is Organovo Holdings Inc. (NYSEMKT: ONVO). Shares are down more than 15% in 2014 after rising about 325% in 2013. The company is developing a 3D bioprinting technology that can create functional human tissues on demand for research and medical use. Organovo announced a first delivery of liver tissue in late January, well ahead of schedule, and the stock gained back some of its year-to-date losses. The company has been publicly traded for about a year and a half, and the stock hit a post-IPO high of $13.65 in November. It closed on Friday at $9.35. There is no price target on the stock, and the company is not expected to post positive earnings at least through 2015. In terms of market cap, though, Organovo ranks fourth among the publicly traded 3D printing companies with a market value of nearly $728 million.

It's certainly not the way I would have likes for things to shake out with Organovo Holdings Inc. (NYSEMKT:ONVO), but I'm not going to complain - it's pointed in the right direction. More important, for anybody who's been wanting into an ONVO trade but wasn't sure where the right entry spot was, today's move is it, with just one little caveat.

Earlier in the month, Petrotech Oil & Gas LegalizePot.us announced that along with with their already expanded cannabis and hemp production and distribution channels in the states of Washington and Colorado, it was continuing to expand their business model into Rhode Island with a 2500 square foot grow facility up to 50 plants, and 50 to 70 lbs. a month management agreement. Otherwise, investors should be aware that Petrotech Oil & Gas only announced its expansion into medical and recently legalized recreational marijuana back in mid-February plus the company also announced in late February that it would begin oil production soon. A quick look at Petrotech Oil & Gas financials reveals revenues of $5k (most recent reported quarter), zero, zero and zero for the past four reported quarters along with net losses of $667k (most recent reported quarter), $49k, $73k and $653k. At the end of last September, Petrotech Oil & Gas had no cash to cover $1,584k in current liabilities. Given those financials and the recent entry into marijuana, investors might want to contain their excitement and wait for some new financials to reflect the sudden change in direction.

For Wall Street types, single-family foreclosures can be bought cheaply and in bulk, then fixed up and rented. Companies like the Blackstone Group (NYSE: BX ) and Colony Financial (NYSE: CLNY ) have been very active in this market, with the former purchasing 16,000 homes just last year, and the latter ramping up its own portfolio to approximately 7,000. This new industry has also spawned fresh entrants from the REIT field, Silver Bay Realty (NYSE: SBY ) and Altisource Residential, (NYSE: RESI ) two trusts that were spun off earlier this year from parent companies Two Harbors Investment (NYSE: TWO ) and Altisource Portfolio Solutions (NASDAQ: ASPS ) , specifically to take advantage of the boom in the foreclosure-to-rental market.

The investment-to-REIT model is alive and well
Before the very end of last year, those involved in the single-family purchase and rental business were largely private equity groupslike the Blackstone Group (NYSE: BX ) , Colony Financial (NYSE: CLNY ) , and Oaktree Capital (NYSE: OAK ) , which bought up distressed properties by the truckload. - [By Amanda Alix]
Is it risky to be putting so much money into an as-yet unproven business model? Some may think so, including investors. Noting the tumble in stock price that newbies like Silver Bay and American Residential have suffered recently, Colony Capital (NYSE: CLNY ) chief Thomas Barrack postponedthe IPO of his new single-family rental company, Colony American Homes. Similarly, Public Storage (NYSE: PSA ) has filed for an IPO, too, hoping to take its American Homes 4 Rent unit public -- at some unannounced, future date. In the meantime, American Homes can rely on its $500 million credit facilitywith Wells Fargo, which may be bumped up to $1 billion if necessary.
